Alzheimer’s Association – Formed in 1980, the Alzheimer’s Association advances research to end Alzheimer’s and dementia while enhancing care for those living with the disease.
Community Health Centers – Federally Qualified Health Care (FQHC) centers that provide high quality care to under-insured and underprivileged patients.
Youth Clubs – They believe children deserve a safe, enriching environment, with positive role models. They have become the mortar that children and families rely upon to keep their daily lives solid and secure.
Greater Indiana Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association of America – The Greater Indiana Chapter of AAA is one of over 70 Alzheimer’s Association chapters serving communities across the United States. The Alzheimer’s Association is the world’s leading voluntary health organization in Alzheimer’s care, support and research.
American Cancer Society – The ACS is a nationwide voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer.
Potawatomi Kiwanis Club – Kiwanis is a global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world, one child and one community at a time.
Local Athletic Boosters – Non-profit organizations that raises funds to support high school athletics.
Local County Council on Aging – The Council on Aging assists in establishing a community in which those they serve can maintain their independence to the highest degree possible and find meaning and satisfaction in their lives.
March of Dimes – The March of Dimes help moms have full-term pregnancies and healthy babies. If something goes wrong, they offer information and comfort to families. They research the problems that threaten our babies and work on preventing them.
Northern Indiana Community Foundation – The mission of the NICF is to improve the quality of life in their communities by assisting donors in fulfilling their charitable wishes.
Local Soccer Clubs – Supporting area youth soccer clubs and programs.
Local Firefighter’s Associations – Local firefighter’s association.
United Cancer Services – A cancer agency, established in 1958, that supports the needs of cancer patients and their families.
Family and Children’s Center – The FCC is dedicated to strengthening the emotional and behavioral health of the communities it serves, with special emphasis on the needs of children and families.
American Parkinson Association – Providing the support, education, and research that will help everyone impacted by Parkinson’s disease live life to the fullest.
Special Olympics – At the core, Special Olympics is a sports organization that uses the power of sport as a catalyst for social change. The vision of Special Olympics Indiana is that sport will open hearts and minds towards people with intellectual disabilities and create inclusive communities across the state and throughout the world.
Autism Society – The vision of the American Autism Society is to offer support and guidance to families through their journey with Autism. It is their hope that one day, no individual with Autism go unserved, that everyone has equal access to the care needed.
