Cameron R. Gilbert, PHD
Chairman & Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Gilbert holds a PhD in psychology and a post-doctoral fellowship in gero-psychology with a sub-specialty focus in geriatric neuropsychology. Dr. Gilbert founded NPH in 2004 and currently serves as Board Chairman and CEO. Prior to founding NPH, Dr. Gilbert held CEO roles in hospitals in Indiana and Louisiana.
President & Chief Operating Officer
Ms. Gilbert joined NPH in 2006 and has held a variety of progressively more responsible roles including chief compliance officer, chief administrative officer, and CEO of Doctors NeuroPsychiatric Hospital prior to being named President and Chief Operating Officer of NPH. In her current role, Ms. Gilbert is responsible for all facility operations, human resources, environment of care, intake, and corporate compliance. Attended Colorado State University, school of business with a major in project management.
Kashif Janjua, M.D.
Chief Medical Officer, Governing Board Member
Dr. Janjua joined NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals in March 2015 and currently serves as Chief of Medicine for NPH and President/CEO of AIMS, LLC, the physician group that provides physician services for all NPH hospitals. Dr. Janjua is an internal medicine physician who provides hospitalist services in addition to his leadership role with NPH and AIMS. Dr. Janjua attended Medical University of the Americas.

Molly C. Johnson, Esq.
National Vice President of Corporate Affairs
Ms. Johnson joined NPH in September, 2019. After graduating from Purdue University, West Lafayette and then Loyola University, School of Law, Chicago, she worked as a Deputy Attorney General for the State of Indiana before moving to a private firm where she specialized in corporate litigation. Ms. Johnson had a solo practice focusing on the autism community before becoming CEO and Legal Counsel for a large ABA provider.
Moet Nakajo-Robben, RN, BSN
Chief Clinical Officer
Mrs. Nakajo-Robben joined NPH in November of 2019 as Regulatory Compliance Director. She is an RN, BSN, with a history of success in areas such as leadership, quality, process improvement, and risk management. After graduating from the University of Connecticut and then MCPHS University, she worked in a clinical leadership role for a Genworth Financial, insurance holding company. She has over 10 years of healthcare experience, including acute care, home care, and case management.
Kimberly Pendzinski, CPA
Chief Accounting Officer
Ms. Pendzinski joined NPH in 2010 and has held a variety of progressively more responsible positions including accounts payable coordinator, accountant, and controller prior to being named Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Pendzinski has responsibility for financial services, payroll, accounts payable, and contract administration. Prior to her current role, she worked for South Bend Orthopedics.
Heidi Darrah, RN, BSN
Director of Triage/Intake
Heidi serves as the Neuropsychiatric Hospital Corporate Director of Intake. She is responsible for overseeing that referrals are received and processed in a professional and timely manner ensuring that patients are appropriately placed to receive treatment at a NPH facilities. Heidi has a B.A. in Psychology and a B.S. in nursing with 13 years of healthcare experience, including inpatient psych and emergency services.
Vice President of Care Management
Ms. Dain joined NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals in 2021 and currently serves as the Vice President of Care Management and Chief Executive Officer for Medical Behavioral Hospital Northern Arizona. Denise has over 25 years of experience working in Intake and Assessment, Case Management and Utilization Review in Inpatient Psychiatric settings and has served as a COO and CEO for inpatient psychiatric facilities. Denise is responsible for the management, training and support of the utilization review and care management team across the system. Ms. Dain attended Walden University with a major in psychology.
