SOUTH BEND, IN – December 5, 2019 –NeuroPsychiatric Hospitals, LLC (“NPH”) is pleased to announce the development of Medical Behavioral Hospital of Indianapolis. The 64-bed facility, located in Greenwood, Indiana will serve patients with complex medical and neuropsychiatric conditions in the greater Indianapolis area. The hospital is currently being developed by Medistar Corporation, NPH’s healthcare real estate partner, and will be leased by an affiliate of NPH on a long-term basis.

This facility will be NPH’s first ground-up hospital development using its unique prototype design. The design features of the 42,000 square foot hospital emphasize world-class patient care and operational efficiencies and will serve as a model for other facility development projects throughout the country,” said NPH’s Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Cameron Gilbert, PhD.
Located at 795 North Emerson Avenue, Greenwood, Indiana 46143, the hospital will commence construction in the mid-2020 and is scheduled to open in mid-2021.
